Having invested heavily in launch branding and their website from a leading Automotive marketing agency,Charmans were extremely frustrated by the one-size-fits-all solution they were sold. For an agency this showed a clear lack of understanding Charmans’ niche business and their target audience. Working with my digital partner we wasted no time in building them a new bespoke website with specific features to overcome problems unique to their business.
I then focussed on brand strategy, developing ‘The Enthusiast’s Collection’ tagline and the client experience to support it. I successfully mirrored their outstanding customer service and presentation of vehicles through photography and video in both an online and offline environment.
Sadly the team at Charmans have recently decided to pursue bigger opportunities but the work delivered is something we’re still proud to share.
